We hope that you love all your purchases from The Honey Hole! However, should you have an issue, please let us know. 

RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. 

Items purchased at 30% or more are FINAL SALE. 

Returned items must be in new condition without stains, unworn, and with tags attached.

If you wish to return, please email shopthehoneyhole@gmail.com to start the return process.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges. Please return the original item and place another order for the item desired. This helps us ensure we are able to fulfill your order.

 

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

If there is a problem with your order or if the item you ordered is damaged, please email shopthehonyehole@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. It is helpful to attach images of the damage with a detailed explanation.
